SUBI Certificate definition

SUBI Certificate has the meaning set forth in Section 3.02(a) of the Titling Trust Agreement.

SUBI Certificate means any trust certificate representing any SUBI.

• No SUBI or SUBI Certificate shall be transferred or assigned except to the extent specified in the SUBI Trust Agreement or in any related Supplement and, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any such purported transfer or assignment other than as so specified shall be deemed null, void, and of no effect under the SUBI Trust Agreement.

More Definitions of SUBI Certificate

SUBI Certificate means, with respect to Railcars that are conveyed to the Issuer from time to time so as to become Portfolio Railcars and that bear Trinity Marks, a SUBI Certificate evidencing a SUBI interest in such Trinity Marks under the Marks Company Trust Agreement.

SUBI Certificate shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2(b).
