SUBI Assets definition

SUBI Assets means the Leases, the SUBI Equipment and any related assets allocated to the Series 2014-1 SUBI.

SUBI Assets means a separate portfolio of Origination Trust Assets allocated to a SUBI.

SUBI Assets has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 7(a)(i).

Examples of SUBI Assets in a sentence

• The Undivided Trust Interest Certificates, taken together, evidence an exclusive undivided interest in the assets of the Origination Trust, other than SUBI Assets (each as defined in the Agreement); each other series of SUBI Certificates, taken together, will evidence an exclusive undivided interest in a separate SUBI Portfolio other than the Transaction SUBI Portfolio.

• TRANSACTION SPECIAL UNIT OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST 2024-A CERTIFICATE evidencing an exclusive undivided 100% beneficial ownership interest in all Transaction SUBI Assets (as defined below).

• By accepting this Certificate, the holder hereof releases (or fully subordinates, but only to the extent such release is not given effect) any claim in respect of this Certificate to any proceeds or assets of the Origination Trust and to all of the assets of the Origination Trust other than those from time to time included within the Transaction SUBI Portfolio (the “Transaction SUBI Assets”) and those proceeds or assets derived from or earned by the Transaction SUBI Assets.

More Definitions of SUBI Assets

SUBI Assets shall be deemed to refer more specifically to the Leases, the related Equipment and the other related assets included in the Series 2013-1 SUBI;

SUBI Assets shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(a).

SUBI Assets is defined in the Origination Trust Agreement.

SUBI Assets means, with respect to any SUBI, those Titling Trust Assets that are identified as relating to and allocated to such SUBI by the Titling Trustee upon the written direction of the UTI Beneficiary pursuant to the Titling Trust Agreement and related SUBI Supplement.

SUBI Assets means Trust Assets that are from time to time allocated by the UTI Beneficiary, in accordance with the Trust Agreement, into one or more separate portfolios of Trust Assets (together with any other Trust Assets allocated to or earned by any such portfolio(s)), and any proceeds thereof.

SUBI Assets. With respect to any SUBI Certificate pledged under the Indenture, the related SUBI Assets (as such term is defined in Section 4.1(a) of the Trust Agreement).
