Subgrantee must maintain all required records applicable to the Subgrant Agreement for a minimum of three years after an audit is conducted and all pending matters are closed.
Subgrantee further covenants that in the performance of Subgrant Agreement, no person having such conflicting interest shall knowingly be employed by Subgrantee.
If Subgrantee is authorized to use Subgrant funds for acquisition of real property, title, use and disposition of real property will be governed by the provisions of 45 CFR 92.31.
