Subdivisional Plan definition
Subdivisional Plan means the plan of all the lots in the Subdivision.
Subdivisional Plan means the proposed General Plan of Subdivision incorporating the property, annexed hereto marked Annexure B, which is subject to change as contemplated in clause 12;
Subdivisional Plan means the draft scheme plan of proposed subdivision of the Land in Annexure 1 of this agreement and any variations thereto that are required by any Relevant Authority or the Vendor.
Examples of Subdivisional Plan in a sentence
In the event that the Subdivisional Plan is not deposited on or before the Subdivisional Plan Date then either party shall have the right to cancel this Agreement by notice in writing to the other and if such notice is given the Purchaser shall be entitled to a refund of all moneys paid to the Vendor (without interest) and neither party shall have any further claim upon the other.
