Subdivision Certificate definition

Subdivision Certificate means as defined in the Act, being a certificate that authorises the registration of a plan of subdivision under Part 23 of the Conveyancing Act 1919 (NSW).
Subdivision Certificate means a subdivision certificate defined under section 6.4 of the Act; Subdivision Works Certificate means a subdivision works certificate defined under section 6.4 of the Act; and Works means the work set out in Schedule 1.
Subdivision Certificate has the same meaning given to that term under the Act.

  • Prior to the issue of a Subdivision Certificate for the creation of Final Lots within the Relevant Stage which will take the area of the Final Lots within the Relevant Stage in respect of which Subdivision Certificates have been issued to 90% or more of the total NDA of the Stage.

  • Before the issuing of the first Subdivision Certificate for Stage 3 of the Development.

  • When the Developer has satisfied all of the obligations imposed on it under this agreement in respect of that part of the Development Land for which a Subdivision Certificate has been issued and for which the Developer's Contribution has been delivered then the Council must promptly at the request and at the reasonable expense of the Developer do all acts and things necessary to remove this agreement from the title of that part of the Development Land.

More Definitions of Subdivision Certificate

Subdivision Certificate means a certificate issued under section 109C(d) of the Act with respect to the Proposed Development.

Subdivision Certificate has the same meaning as in section 6.4(d) of the Act. Total Recoupment Amount means $11.248 million (exclusive of GST). Works-As-Executed-Plan means detailed plans and specifications of the completed New Embellishment Works.
Subdivision Certificate has the same meaning as in the Act. Super Lot means a lot that forms part of the Land which, following the registration of a plan of subdivision, is intended for further subdivision (including community title subdivision but excluding strata subdivision) for Residential Accommodation, but does not include a Residue Lot. Tax means a tax, duty (including stamp duty and any other transaction duty), levy, impost, charge, fee (including a registration fee) together with all interest, penalties, fines and costs concerning them.
Subdivision Certificate means a subdivision certificate defined under section 6.4 of the Act; Subdivision Works Certificate means a subdivision works certificate defined under section 6.4 of the Act; Sunset Date means, in respect of each item of Work, the expiry of the relevant period in the column in Tables 1 and 2; Surplus Credits means the surplus contribution credits generated and applied in accordance with clauses 7.2 and 7.3 of this agreement; UWS North Werrington means the area generally identified as such in Figure 2.2 on page 12 of the WELL CP; Vegetation Management Plan means WELL CP means the Werrington Enterprise Living and Learning (WELL) Precinct Development Contributions Plan (2008), a contributions plan prepared in accordance with section 7.11 of the Act; and Works means the work set out in Part 1 of each of Tables 1 and 2 in Schedule 1.
