Subdivision Certificate definition

Subdivision Certificate means a subdivision certificate defined under section 6.4 of the Act; Subdivision Works Certificate means a subdivision works certificate defined under section 6.4 of the Act; and Works means the work set out in Schedule 1. 2 Interpretation‌ NOTE: Delete references that are not required. In this agreement, unless the context indicates a contrary intention:
Subdivision Certificate means a subdivision certificate as defined in the Act.
Subdivision Certificate means any subdivision certificate as referred to in s 6.4 of the Act in respect of the Development Consent;

Examples of Subdivision Certificate in a sentence

  • A Subdivision Certificate cannot be issued prior to the completion of all subdivision works covered by this consent.

  • Prior to registration of the plan of subdivision, a Subdivision Certificate shall be obtained.

  • Any damage caused to public infrastructure (roads, footpaths, water and sewer mains, power and telephone services etc) during construction of the development shall be repaired to the satisfaction of the Director of Engineering Services prior to the issue of a Subdivision Certificate and/or prior to any use or occupation of the buildings.

  • Prior to the issue of the Subdivision Certificate, “house numbering” and “subdivision certificate” fees, in accordance with Council’s Schedule of Fees and Charges, shall be paid to Council.

  • However, there can be no assurance that such a material environmental liability does not exist.


More Definitions of Subdivision Certificate

Subdivision Certificate means a certificate issued under section 109C(d) of the Act with respect to the Proposed Development.
Subdivision Certificate has the same meaning as in the Act.
Subdivision Certificate means a subdivision certificate as defined in section 6.4(d) of the Act. Water Main Works means the installation of a water trunk main from the Xxxxxxx Road main to the Development in accordance with the scope and specifications in Schedule 3. Works means the works specified or described in Section B of Schedule 3 except in clause 5.2 where the “Works” means the works specified or described in Section B of Schedule 3 other than the Road Upgrade Works. Works as Executed Plan means a plan that shows that construction has been completed in accordance with the engineering plans and specifications.
Subdivision Certificate has the same meaning as in section 6.4(d) of the Act.
Subdivision Certificate means a subdivision certificate as defined in section 6.4(d) of the Act. Subdivision Works Certificate means a subdivision works certificate as defined in section 6.4(b) of the Act.
Subdivision Certificate has the same meaning as in the Act. Super Lot means a lot that forms part of the Land which, following the registration of a plan of subdivision, is intended for further subdivision (including community title subdivision but excluding strata subdivision) for Residential Accommodation, but does not include a Residue Lot. Tax means a tax, duty (including stamp duty and any other transaction duty), levy, impost, charge, fee (including a registration fee) together with all interest, penalties, fines and costs concerning them.
Subdivision Certificate means a subdivision certificate issued under Part 4A of the Act. Supplier means the entity making a Supply to the Recipient. Supply has the same meaning given to that term in the GST Act.
