Subconcessionaire definition

Subconcessionaire means MGM Grand Paradise Limited, a private company limited by shares (“sociedade anónima”) incorporated under the laws of Macau.
Subconcessionaire means Melco Resorts (Macau) Limited, a company incorporated in Macau, or any other Affiliate of Melco holding a Gaming Authorisation in Macau from time to time.
Subconcessionaire means a third party that, with the approval of the Director, has been granted rights by Concessionaire to operate under a concession lease, license or agreement (or any portion thereof) between Concessionaire and a third party, or between a SubConcessionaire and a third party, whether in consideration of a percentage of revenues or otherwise.

  • In operating its business, the Subconcessionaire shall respect the industrial property rights and intellectual property rights according to the existing laws of the Macau SAR, and independently assume liabilities for infringement upon such property rights.

  • This Subconcession Contract is going to be executed in three counterparts, one of which will be to the Concessionaire, another to the Subconcessionaire and the other to the government of the Macau SAR.


More Definitions of Subconcessionaire

Subconcessionaire means a person or entity with which Company enters into a written agreement approved in writing by the Authority, for use of space within the Premises for the construction and operation of a specialty retail concession from which merchandise and services will be sold.
Subconcessionaire means any person to whom execution of any part of the Services is subcontracted by the CONCESSIONAIRE, directly or indirectly, and includes such person's legal successors or permitted assignees.
