Subassociation definition

Subassociation means an association of a subcondominium.

Subassociation means and refer to an owners association, including but not necessarily limited to a homeowners association or condominium unit owners association, created pursuant to a declaration or other appropriate instrument recorded in the Clerk’s Office which subjects a portion of the Property to covenants, conditions and/or restrictions in addition to those set forth in this Declaration and grants rights to such association with respect to such portion of the Property. During the Development Period, any such association shall be created only by Declarant or with its written consent.
