Sub-vendor definition

Sub-vendor means any natural person, private or government entity, or a combination thereof, including its legal successors and permitted assigns, to whom any part of the Goods to be supplied or execution of any part of the services incidental to the Delivery of Goods is subcontracted by the Supplier;
