Sub-Tranche definition

Sub-Tranche means a category of Loans, Incremental Term Loans or Incremental Notes with the same Maturity Date.
Sub-Tranche a sub-tranche of Tranche B as more particularly referred to in Clause 2.1.1(b).
Sub-Tranche means, for any Tranche, a sub-total of that Tranche as set out in the Acceptance Notice for that Tranche; a Sub-Tranche may be disbursed in one or more Disbursements.

More Definitions of Sub-Tranche

Sub-Tranche means, without duplication, the portion of any Tranche designated with a specific Applicable Interest Rate.
Sub-Tranche means any of Sub-Tranche A or Sub-Tranche B and “Sub-Tranches” means either or both of them;
Sub-Tranche appearing in Section 11.01 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the word "and" appearing at the end of clause (iv) of said definition and (ii) including the following text immediately after clause (v) appearing in said definition: "and (vi) the Tranche D Term Loans and the Commitments pursuant to which the Tranche D Term Loans are extended".
Sub-Tranche means, with respect to all Loans used to acquire, finance or improve a Borrowing Base Property, an undivided percentage of such Loans, allocated to each Borrowing Base Lease on such Borrowing Base Property for purposes of determining the Applicable Rate and the Tranche Maturity Date, where each such Sub-Tranche of Loans shall be in a principal amount equal to (a) the Net Operating Income from such Borrowing Base Lease during the four fiscal quarters most recently ended divided by the Net Operating Income from all Borrowing Base Leases on such Borrowing Base Property during such four fiscal quarters multiplied by (b) the principal amount of all such Loans. If a Borrowing Base Property is subject to only one Borrowing Base Lease, all Loans used to acquire, finance or improve such Borrowing Base Property shall be in one Sub-Tranche. The Sub-Tranches of Loans for each Borrowing Base Property shall be automatically recalculated upon (i) the termination or extension of or addition of any Borrowing Base Lease to a Borrowing Base Property and (ii) the making of an additional Tranche of Term Loans to acquire, finance or improve such Borrowing Base Property.
