Sub-tier Subcontractor definition

Sub-tier Subcontractor means any party entering into an agreement with the Consultant or any lower tier subcontractor or consultant for the furnishing of services required for performance of this Subcontract.

  • Sub-subcontractor means any Person, including an Equipment supplier or vendor, who has a direct or indirect contract with a Subcontractor or another Sub-subcontractor to manufacture or supply Equipment which comprises a portion of the Work, to lease Construction Equipment to Subcontractor or another Sub-subcontractor in connection with the Work, to perform a portion of the Work or to otherwise furnish labor or materials.

  • Lower tier subcontractor means any party entering into an agreement with the SUBCONTRACTOR or any Lower Tier SUBCONTRACTOR for the furnishing of supplies or services required for performance of this Subcontract.
