Sub-Provider definition

Sub-Provider means a person to whom any rights or duties under the contract in relation to clinical matters are, or have been, sub-contracted under GC12.1, and includes an individual who is a Locum Practitioner;
Sub-Provider shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.
Sub-Provider means an organisation appointed by the Provider or with whom the Provider contracts to provide part of the Services and any of that organisation’s providers who may be providing any of the Services;

  • Hub Provider means an entity that (i) provides Common Channel Signaling (SS7) connectivity between the networks of service providers that are not directly connected to each other; or (ii) provides third party database services such as LIDB.
