Sub-Originator definition

Sub-Originator means each Person party to the Sub-Originator Sale Agreement as a “Seller”.
Sub-Originator means CNX Thermal Holdings LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

  • The Administrator’s approval of such filings shall authorize the Servicer to file such financing statements under the UCC without the signature of the Seller, any Originator, any Sub-Originator or the Administrator where allowed by applicable law.

  • Each of the Purchasers and the Administrator and any of their respective Affiliates may extend credit to, accept deposits from and generally engage in any kind of banking, trust, debt, entity or other business with the Seller, FleetCor, the Servicer, any Originator or any Sub-Originator or any of their Affiliates.

  • The Servicer will, at all times, maintain such books and records necessary to identify Collections received from time to time on Pool Receivables and to segregate such Collections from other property of the Servicer, the Sub-Originator and the Originators.
