Definition of Sub-Management Agreement


Sub-Management Agreement means, individually and/or collectively, as the context may require, each sub-management agreement entered into by and between Manager and the applicable Sub-Manager, pursuant to which Sub-Manager is to provide sub-management and other services with respect to the Properties or any portion thereof, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, extended, renewed, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Examples of Sub-Management Agreement in a sentence

The express terms of this Agreement and the Sub-Management Agreement control and supersede any course of performance and/or usage of the trade inconsistent with any of the terms of this Agreement or the Sub-Management Agreement.
