Sub-Lease Agreement definition

Sub-Lease Agreement has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
Sub-Lease Agreement means the sub-lease agreement(s) entered into between MSAPL and the Project SPV for the revenue lands leased by MSAPL in terms of the Land Lease Agreement, as detailed in the Data Room.
