Sub-Collector definition
Sub-Collector has the meaning ascribed thereto in section 6.1;
Sub-Collector means, at any time, IKON Capital or such other person or persons then authorized pursuant to Section 6.01 to be a sub-collector hereunder.

Subject to the foregoing, so long as the Lessor is the Collector, IKON Capital or a third party, with the approval of the Concurrent Lessee, may be designated as a Sub-Collector.
