A Trustee shall be an individual who represents a Sub-Association, as such being a Member.

More Definitions of Sub-Association
Sub-Association means the Sitari Country Estate Sub Home Owners Association 1A; as more fully provided for in the SAC, and of which the Body Corporate will be a member;

The Master Association is the primary owners association for the Development, and shall have most of the powers, duties and obligations of the Association under this Declaration and the Governing Documents.
Sub-Association means or refer to any association which may hereafter be formed to manage and operate Residential Sites or Improved Residential Units, including, but not limited to, condominium associations, cooperative associations, and homeowners' associations.
Sub-Association means the Salaried Officers Association in affiliation with the Association.
