Sub-Advised Mutual Fund definition

Sub-Advised Mutual Fund means any investment company registered under the Investment Company Act that is sub-advised by the Company.
Sub-Advised Mutual Fund means any Registered Investment Company for which the Company or any Controlled Affiliate acts as investment sub-adviser other than a Registered Investment Company sponsored by the Company or any Affiliate.

  • Fund Adviser means any entity that acts as a manager, adviser or sub-adviser to a Legg Mason Fund.

  • Asset Management Company/UTI AMC/AMC/Investment Manager means the UTI Asset Management Company Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956) replaced by The Companies Act, 2013 (No. 18 of 2013) and approved as such by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 21 to act as the Investment Manager to the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund;

  • Sponsor shall have the meaning given in the Recitals hereto.
