Nothing in this Agreement transfers any Intellectual Property rights (other than a right to use where expressly stated in this Agreement) in the equipment and the Investigational Product to You. You must not publish by way of a paper, article, manuscript, report, poster, internet posting, presentation, slides, abstract, outline, video, instruction material or other disclosure the Study Materials (except as required by Law) without Our prior written approval, which may be withheld in our absolute discretion.
