Students’ Representative definition

Students’ Representative means the person appointed by the Licensor to act as Tenants Representative.

Examples of Students’ Representative in a sentence

  • The University has developed (with the Students’ Representative Council) a Student Parent’s Policy, which is in the final stages of approval to compliment the Carers Policy.

  • The Independent Court member is also a full member of the Students’ Representative Council (SRC), which ensures that there is an additional link between the views of the student body and Court.

Related to Students’ Representative

  • Project Representative means the individual(s), including but not limited to the Resident Engineer, to whom the Authority Representative has delegated Project responsibilities. If a Project Representative is appointed, the Project Representative represents the Authority Representative on the Project within the limits of that delegation with respect to any part of the Work.

  • Resident Representative means (if any) the individual (or, if permitted in accordance with the Companies Acts, the company) appointed to perform the duties of resident representative set out in the Companies Acts and includes any assistant or deputy Resident Representative appointed by the Board to perform any of the duties of the Resident Representative;

  • Designated Representatives means the Subordination Agent Representatives, the Trustee Representatives and the LP Representatives identified under Section 2.05.

  • Department Representative means an individual who represents the Department and presents the Department’s position in a hearing.

  • Parent Representatives has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(a).
