Student Pass(es) definition

Student Pass(es) means one or more digital passes (e.g., movie tickets, coupons, loyalty reward vouchers, boarding passes, membership cards, etc.) developed by Your Authorized Students for the Course in compliance with the iOS Developer Program University Student Agreement.

Examples of Student Pass(es) in a sentence

  • The Student Pass will be bound in plastic packages of ten Student Passes each.

  • For each week of the Academic Year in which classes are held SEPTA will supply Student Passes to the School.

  • The School must pay SEPTA prior to the receipt of each installment of Student Passes.

  • The parties acknowledge that this Agreement does not give Apple any ownership interest in Your Covered Products or any Student Applications or Student Passes.

  • Student Passes will be valid for travel between home and school and school and home only on days in which schools are in session.

  • Student Passes are not valid for transportation on Saturdays, Sundays and school holidays.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Student Applications may only be distributed for use by Course participants on a limited number of Authorized Devices (as specified in the Program web portal), Student Passes may only be distributed for use by Course participants for purposes of participation in the Course, and Student OS X Website Push Notifications may only be sent to the desktop of Course participants who have opted in to receive such Notifications through Safari on OS X.

  • The Council will sell the Student Passes to the School in the quantities as specified on the order form.
