Student Members definition

Student Members means preservice teachers who are members of a student local and are registered in a teacher education program at an institution recognized by the Association.
Student Members means the Student Members of the British Chess Federation who become Direct Members of the Company pursuant to Article 6(1) or who are admitted to membership by the Board and fulfil the following criteria namely are in full-time education and aged under 24 years at the previous September 1st of the date of admission to membership or the annual renewal thereof. This category is closed to new admissions.
Student Members means those persons who become Student Members in accordance with these Bylaws and who have not ceased to be Student Members, and a “Student Member” means any one of them.

Examples of Student Members in a sentence

  • Student Members shall be individuals who are seeking an undergraduate or graduate degree with a specialization or major in real estate at institutions of higher learning, and who have completed at least two years of college and at least one college level course in real estate, but are not engaged in the real estate profession on their own account or not associated with an established real estate office.

  • Student Members shall have rights and privileges and be subject to obligations prescribed by the Board of Directors.

  • If the total number of Trustees for the time being is less than the quorum required, the Trustees must not take any decision other than a decision to increase the number of Trustees including by calling an election so as to enable the Student Members to elect further Trustees.

  • The annual Student Members’ meeting shall be held at such time and place as the Trustees shall think suitable to allow the maximum number of Student Members to attend.

  • Student Members shall be entitled to the benefits set out in the Code of Practice.

  • The names of the Student Members shall be entered in the register of Student Members.

  • In particular (but without limitation) if the Union is aware of a Student Member’s email address, the Union may communicate with the Student Member using that address, and the Union may communicate with Student Members via website.

  • Sabbatical Officers shall be elected by secret ballot by the Student Members at an election to be held in accordance with the Bye-Laws.

  • Further provisions governing the Union’s communications with its Student Members may be set out in the Bye-Laws.

  • A patron shall have the right to be given notice of, to attend and speak (but not vote) at any Student Members’ meeting as if a Student Member and shall also have the right to receive accounts of the Union when available to Student Members.


More Definitions of Student Members

Student Members means those Persons that have been admitted as Student Members of the Society in accordance with these Bylaws and that have not ceased to be Student Members;
Student Members means any person who is studying or training to become a
Student Members means any person who is studying or training tobecome a RFP or Shariah RFP or to be conferred any other designation as may be prescribed by the MFPC but has not yet fulfilled the criteria set by the CCB and “Student Member” shall mean any one (1) of them. ”Vice Presidents” means the three (3) vice presidents of the MFPC asstipulated in Clause 10-1 and “Vice President” shall mean any one (1) of them.
Student Members means the President of the Students' Union and the member of the Council elected in accordance with statute 3(1)(c)(iii);

Related to Student Members

  • Student Member means the member of ICCB who has been selected by ICCB's Student Advisory Committee. The student member has all the privileges of membership defined in Section 2-3 of the Act.

  • Management Members shall have the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.

  • Independent Member of the board means a member of the board who has no business, family or other relationship that raises a conflict of interests regarding the CCP concerned or its controlling shareholders, its management or its clearing members, and who has had no such relationship during the five years preceding his membership of the board;

  • Agent Members has the meaning provided in Section 2.07(a).

  • Unit Member refers to any employee who is included in the certificated employees' bargaining unit and, therefore, covered by the terms and provisions of this Agreement.

  • Management Member means any Member that is an employee of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Student media means any means of communication that are:

  • Bargaining Unit Member or “employee” means a University employee who is included in the bargaining unit as defined in Article 2: “Recognition and Scope”.

  • Agent Member means any member of, or participant in, the Depositary.

  • Student media advisor means an individual who is employed, appointed, or designated by the District to supervise or provide instruction with respect to student media.

  • Partner Group means any legal entity that has direct or indirect Control over the Partner and only as long as that legal entity maintains direct or indirect Control (“Parent Companies”) as well as all Associated Companies of the Parent Companies.

  • Bankrupt Member means a Member who: (i) has become the subject of a decree or order for relief under any bankruptcy, insolvency or similar law affecting creditors' rights now existing or hereafter in effect; or (ii) has initiated, either in an original proceeding or by way of answer in any state insolvency or receivership proceeding, an action for liquidation, arrangement, composition, readjustment, dissolution, or similar relief.

  • Class B Member means a Member holding one or more Class B Ordinary Shares.

  • Intimate partner means: (a) Spouses, or domestic partners; (b) former spouses, or former domestic partners; (c) persons who have a child in common regardless of whether they have been married or have lived together at any time; (d) adult persons presently or previously residing together who have or have had a dating relationship; (e) persons sixteen years of age or older who are presently residing together or who have resided together in the past and who have or have had a dating relationship; and (f) persons sixteen years of age or older with whom a person sixteen years of age or older has or has had a dating relationship.

  • Class B Members means all such Persons.

  • Service member means a member of the armed forces, a reserve branch of the armed forces, or the Michigan national guard.

  • Membership Interest means a Member’s entire interest in the Company including such Member’s right to receive allocations and distributions pursuant to this Agreement and the right to participate in the management of the business and affairs of the Company in accordance with this Agreement, including the right to vote on, consent to, or otherwise participate in any decision or action of or by the Members granted pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Principal Member means the person who signs the application and is responsible for the payment of premiums.

  • Member Interest means an equity interest of a Member in the Company and includes any and all benefits to which such Member is entitled as provided in this Agreement, together with all obligations of such Member pursuant to the terms and provisions of this Agreement.

  • Unitholder means a person holding units in the scheme of the Mutual Fund.

  • Investor Limited Partner means any Limited Partner so designated at the time of its admission as a partner of the Partnership.

  • Members of the Immediate Family means with respect to any individual, each parent (whether by birth or adoption), spouse, or child or other descendants (whether by birth or adoption) of such individual, each spouse of any of the aforementioned Persons, each trust created solely for the benefit of such individual and/or one or more of the aforementioned Persons, and each legal representative of such individual or of any aforementioned Persons (including without limitation a tutor, curator, mandatary due to incapacity, custodian, guardian or testamentary executor), acting in such capacity under the authority of the law, an order from a competent tribunal, a will or a mandate in case of incapacity or similar instrument. For the purposes of this definition, a Person shall be considered the spouse of an individual if such Person is legally married to such individual, lives in a civil union with such individual or is the common law partner (as defined in the Income Tax Act (Canada) as amended from time to time) of such individual. A Person who was the spouse of an individual within the meaning of this paragraph immediately before the death of such individual shall continue to be considered a spouse of such individual after the death of such individual;

  • Founder Member means a subscriber to these rules for the purposes of registration;

  • Class B Stockholder means (i) the registered holder of a share of Class B Common Stock at the Effective Time and (ii) the initial registered holder of any shares of Class B Common Stock that are originally issued by the Corporation after the Effective Time.

  • Household members means those persons who reside in the same home, who have reciprocal duties to and do provide financial support for one another. This term shall include xxxxxx children and legal wards even if they do not live in the household. The term does not include persons sharing the same general house, when the living style is primarily that of a dormitory or commune;

  • Class B Limited Partner means any Person executing (by power of attorney or otherwise) this Agreement as of the date hereof as a Class B Limited Partner or hereafter admitted to the Partnership as a Class B Limited Partner as herein provided, but shall not include any Person who has ceased to be a Class B Limited Partner in the Partnership.
