STS Test System definition

STS Test System means all software (including programs, tools, sample code, templates, libraries and Updates), information, data, files, documentation, and other materials, whether tangible or intangible, in whatever form or medium, provided to You at any time by CCH or any affiliate of CCH, for any development or evaluation purposes (unless such materials are provided pursuant to a separate license agreement for such materials by CCH and/or its affiliates). Except as expressly specified herein, the STS Test System and SDK shall not include access to the STS Production System. Your use of the STS Production System shall be governed by and is subject to Your agreeing to the terms of separate software licenses for such software.

Examples of STS Test System in a sentence

  • You agree to not directly or indirectly allow access to the STS Test System or export, import or transmit the SDK to any country, end user or for any end use that is prohibited by any applicable U.S. regulation or statute (including but not limited to those countries embargoed from time to time by the U.S. government or the United Nations).

  • You hereby agree that CCH shall own all feedback, ideas, concepts and changes to any portion of the SDK and/or STS developed or identified in the course of or as a result of Your use of the STS Test System and all associated intellectual property rights ("Feedback"), and You hereby assign to CCH all of Your right, title and interest thereto.

  • This Agreement does not transfer or assign to You any intellectual property right, including any patent, design, industrial design, trademark, service ▇▇▇▇, copyright or rights in any confidential information or trade secrets, in or related to the STS Test System, the STS SDK or any part thereof.

  • Accordingly, You agree to maintain the SDK and any other STS documentation provided to You in strict confidence and You: (i) will not disclose or provide access thereto to any person except to Authorized Users with a need for access to exercise the License granted herein or; (ii) use the STS Test System and SDK for any purpose not expressly authorized hereby, or permit or authorize any other person to do so.

  • The STS Test System and all copies of the SDK remain the property of CCH and are licensed and not sold to You under this Agreement.

  • You are advised that the STS Test System and SDK is subject to the U.S. Export Administration Regulations and diversion contrary to U.S. law and regulation is prohibited.

  • If You require any assistance with use of the STS Test System, the CCH Professional Services team can be contracted to work with You on such matters.

  • You further agree not to engage in any of the aforementioned activities or to attempt to do so using any part of STS, the STS Test System or the SDK.

  • Upon the termination of this Agreement the License shall immediately terminate and You shall promptly cease accessing the STS Test System all use of the SDK.

  • You and Your Authorized Users may provide CCH with feedback on the STS Test System and SDK, including, without limitation, feedback on bugs and faults within or relating to the SDK and/or STS or suggestions for improvements or other changes to the SDK and/or STS.

  • RDDS test Means one query sent to a particular “IP address” of one of the servers of one of the RDDS services. Queries shall be about existing objects in the Registry System and the responses must contain the corresponding information otherwise the query will be considered unanswered. Queries with an RTT 5 times higher than the corresponding SLR will be considered as unanswered. The possible results to an RDDS test are: a number in milliseconds corresponding to the RTT or undefined/unanswered.

  • DNS test Means one non-­‐recursive DNS query sent to a particular “IP address” (via UDP or TCP). If DNSSEC is offered in the queried DNS zone, for a query to be considered answered, the signatures must be positively verified against a corresponding DS record published in the parent zone or, if the parent is not signed, against a statically configured Trust Anchor. The answer to the query must contain the corresponding information from the Registry System, otherwise the query will be considered unanswered. A query with a “DNS resolution RTT” 5 times higher than the corresponding SLR, will be considered unanswered. The possible results to a DNS test are: a number in milliseconds corresponding to the “DNS resolution RTT” or, undefined/unanswered.

  • Drug use test means a scientifically substantiated method to test for the presence of illegal or performance-enhancing drugs or the metabolites thereof in a person’s urine.

  • Maintenance Test means the maintenance test set out in Clause 12.1 (Maintenance Test).
