In case the Company is sharing any Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI) with CRL, which will materially affect the price of the securities of the Company, the Company shall be required to share additional details as may be requested by CRL to comply with applicable Regulations, in such manner as may be informed, for recording in the Structured Digital Database (SDD) of CRL.
In case any party (“Disclosing Party”) is sharing any Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI) with the other party (“Receiving Party”), the Disclosing Party shall be required to share additional details as may be requested by the Receiving Party to comply with applicable Regulations, in such manner as may be informed, for recording in the Structured Digital Database (“SDD”) of the Receiving Party.
