Structural Supports means construction elements located on any of the Property which are load-bearing with respect to the Improvements or which are necessary for the structural integrity of the Improvements, including, without limitation, foundations, footings, slabs, caissons, girders, columns, beams, bed plates, piling caps, braces and trusses, and any replacement, substitution or modification thereof.
