Structural Facilities definition

Structural Facilities has the meaning set forth in Section 3.7. "Switching, Tagging, and Grounding Rules" has the meaning set forth in CONVEX Operating Instruction #6401, Protective Switching and Tagging Procedures, effective September 1, 1992, or relevant successor provisions as in effect from time to time. A copy of the existing Switching, Tagging and Grounding Rules is attached hereto as Schedule D and incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein.
Structural Facilities has the meaning set forth in Section 3.7.

Related to Structural Facilities

  • Bank Facilities means any overdraft limits or credit facility available to you and their associated terms;
