Structural Document definition

Structural Document means each of the REO Entity Agreement and each other agreement entered into by any Relevant Party in connection with or that otherwise affects (x) the creation, organization, governance, administration or furtherance of the business purposes of a Seller, (y) the acquisition, management, liquidation or disposition of any Purchased Asset or Underlying Asset, or (z) the structure of or nature of the facility being provided to Sellers hereunder or the rights of Buyer hereunder (other than the Program Documents).

Examples of Structural Document in a sentence

  • To PMC’s knowledge, each such Structural Document is the legal, valid and binding obligation of the makers thereof enforceable in accordance with its terms, except as such enforceability may be limited by bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, moratorium or other similar laws affecting creditors’ rights generally and general equitable principles.

  • The enforceability of each such Structural Document has not been contested by any party thereto.

Related to Structural Document

  • Collateral Document means any Security and Pledge Agreement, any Mortgage or any other agreement or document delivered pursuant hereto or in connection herewith pursuant to which the Secured Parties or any Agent or other Person on behalf of the Secured Parties is granted a Lien to secure any Obligations.

  • Senior Collateral Documents means the Security Agreement and the other “Collateral Documents” as defined in the Credit Agreement, the First Lien Intercreditor Agreement (upon and after the initial execution and delivery thereof by the initial parties thereto) and each of the collateral agreements, security agreements and other instruments and documents executed and delivered by the Parent Borrower or any other Grantor for purposes of providing collateral security for any Senior Obligation.

  • Material Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 5.23.

  • Collateral Documents means, collectively, the Security Agreement, the Intellectual Property Security Agreements, the Mortgages, each of the mortgages, collateral assignments, Security Joinder Agreements, security agreements, pledge agreements or other similar agreements delivered to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 6.12, and each of the other agreements, instruments or documents that creates or purports to create a Lien in favor of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

  • RfS Document means the bidding document issued by MSEDCL including all attachments, clarifications and amendments thereof.
