STRP means the Scientific and Technical Review Panel created by BPI as an advisory body, composed of at least three (3) reputable and independent scientists who shall not be employees of the Department and who have the relevant professional background necessary to evaluate the potential risks of the proposed activity to human health and the environment based on available scientific and technical information.
