Strike or industrial action means any form of work stoppage taken by employees, which are carried on with the intention of preventing, restricting or otherwise interfering with the production of goods or the provision of services.
Strike or industrial action means any form of announced and organized industrial action taken by employees, which is carried on with the intention of preventing, restricting or otherwise interfering with the provision of services and, as a result, interferes with the normal departure and/or arrival of a common carrier.
