Street Cuts definition
Street Cuts means any hard surface cut, break, tear or excavation made on pavement, walks and/or curbs. Determination of differentiation between Pavement, Sidewalk, Curb and Mud (boulevard) Cuts shall be according to the City of Winnipeg Public Works Department Cut Permitting.
