At the end of the Plan Year the Committee shall review the Strategic Goals achieved in relationship to these Strategic Goals set at the beginning of the Plan Year and determine if each such Strategic Goal was either (i) not met; (ii) partially met; (iii) substantially met or (iv) all met as set forth in Table 7 hereof.
