Strategic Entity definition

Strategic Entity means a Person which is, itself or through its subsidiaries, an operating company or an owner of an asset in a business synergistic with the current business of the Company.
Strategic Entity means an Entity incorporated in Russia and engaged in one or more activities
Strategic Entity shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(b) hereof.
