Strata Fees definition

Strata Fees means the strata fees to be paid by the Landlord, as owner of the Cascades Lands Strata Lots, to the Strata Corporation as the Landlord’s share of the annual approved budget, as determined by the Strata Corporation in accordance with Strata Property Laws and the Bylaws. Strata Fees means any amounts or operating costs determined by the Strata Corporation, including without limitation, monthly strata fees and any special levies assessed against the Premises;
Strata Fees means the fees and levies payable by an Owner to the Strata Corporation pursuant to the Act.

  • Prepare, execute and file liens to effect the collection of unpaid Strata Fees, and take legal action if so dictated by the Strata Corporation.
