Straddle Position definition

Straddle Position. – means an equal number of call and put Options covering the same Underlying Interest and having the same Exercise Price and Expiration Date.

  • In the event that Buyer and Seller are unable to agree as to inclusion or exclusion of any position with respect to such schedule within 25 days of the due date for filing (including extensions) of such Tax Return, Buyer and Seller shall jointly cause the Accounting Referee to resolve the dispute, provided that, for avoidance of doubt, so long as such Corresponding Seller Straddle Period Position is permitted by Law, such Tax Return shall reflect the Corresponding Seller Proposed Straddle Position.
