Straddle Period Tax Returns definition

Straddle Period Tax Returns shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 6.7(a)(ii).
Straddle Period Tax Returns has the meaning specified in Section 8.04(b).

More Definitions of Straddle Period Tax Returns

Straddle Period Tax Returns mean, collectively, all Tax Returns required to be filed by a Party or any of its Subsidiaries for a Straddle Tax Period.
