STPCD definition

STPCD means the Academy Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Document, being the current Order made under Section 2 of the Academy Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Xxx 0000 and any document specified therein. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of the current STPCD and the terms of this Contract concerning the Employee's statutory conditions of employment, the terms of the SPTCD will prevail.

Examples of STPCD in a sentence

  • The amount awarded in pay progression will be determined annually with reference to any pay uplift stated in the STPCD.

  • The Headteacher group size will be calculated in accordance with the provisions of the STPCD.
