Stormwater Treatment Facility definition

Stormwater Treatment Facility means a stormwater facility that is intended to remove pollutants from stormwater. Stormwater treatment facilities include, but are not limited to, wetponds, oil/water separators, biofiltration swales, and constructed wetlands.
Stormwater Treatment Facility means a facility designed to meet Minimum Requirement #6 as defined in BIMC 15.20.
Stormwater Treatment Facility means a stormwater collection, conveyance, storage and/or treatment system, operated and maintained by the City, County, or by a private property owner, located outside of any buildings, which serves one or more building stormdrains, catch basins, area drains, or other drainage facilities.
