Stormwater Authority definition

  • Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) means the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission or its duly authorized representatives.

  • Environmental pollution means the contaminating or rendering unclean or impure the air, land or waters of the state, or making the same injurious to public health, harmful for commer- cial or recreational use, or deleterious to fish, bird, animal or plant life.

The term always includes railroads whether or not they are so defined as public utilities.
