Storm Water Utility definition

Storm Water Utility means the storm water utility created by ordinance of the city to administer the storm water management ordinance, and other storm water rules and regulations adopted by the municipality.
Storm Water Utility means the utility created by this chapter which operates, maintains, regulates, and improves storm water facilities and programs within the City.
Storm Water Utility or "Utility" means the utility created by this Article to operate, maintain and improve the storm water management system and for all other purposes, as set forth in this Article.

More Definitions of Storm Water Utility

Storm Water Utility means a mechanism for planning, operating, maintaining, regulating, financing, and performing capital improvements to the City’s storm water system. The storm water utility is funded from a rate that is charged to properties within the service area.
