storm building sewer means a building sewer that conveys storm water;
storm building sewer means that part of the building sewer drain system not within or under a building which conveys its discharge of storm water waste, or clear wastes water, or both, discharge from storm building drains, parking lots, yard fountains or other similar sources, is not located within or under a building and which discharges to a storm collector public sewer, private interceptor main sewer, private sewage onsite wastewater system or other point of disposal discharge or dispersal.
