Delivery Point(s) means such point(s) as are agreed to by the parties in a transaction.

Supplier of water means any person who owns or operates a public water system.
Modular building manufacturer means a person or corporation who owns or operates a manufacturing facility and is engaged in the fabrication, construction and assembling of building supplies and materials into modular buildings, as defined in this section, at a location other than at the site where the modular building will be assembled on the permanent foundation and may or may not be engaged in the process of affixing the modules to the foundation at the permanent site.
Diatomaceous earth filtration means a process resulting in substantial particulate removal in which (i) a precoat cake of diatomaceous earth filter media is deposited on a support membrane (septum), and (ii) while the water is filtered by passing through the cake on the septum, additional filter media known as body feed is continuously added to the feed water to maintain the permeability of the filter cake.
Energy storage system means a system which stores energy and releases it in the same form as was input.

Underground storage tank system means an underground storage tank and the connected underground piping, underground ancillary equipment, and containment system, if any.
