Buyer shall be responsible for all costs, expenses and fees payable or reimbursable to its representative(s) witnessing any Storage Capacity Test.
Thereafter, from time to time, Seller may deliver to Buyer for its review and approval (such approval not to be unreasonably delayed or withheld) any Seller recommended updates to the then current Supplementary Storage Capacity Test Protocol.
No later than five (5) days following any Storage Capacity Test, Seller shall submit a testing report detailing results and findings of the test.
