Stockpile Coal definition

Stockpile Coal means coal mined from the San Xxxx Mine and in storage on the San Xxxx Property and, for the avoidance of doubt, includes that coal that is included in the surge pile at the exit of the underground mine on the San Xxxx Property.

Examples of Stockpile Coal in a sentence

  • In the event of an SJCC Environmental Force Majeure, then Available Pre-existing Stockpile Tons will be allocated in the same manner as Pre-existing Stockpile Coal tons, and Force Majeure Tons will be allocated in the same manner as Tier 1 Tons unless otherwise approved by the Remaining Participants in the Fuels Committee.

Related to Stockpile Coal

  • Stockpile means material, including, but not limited to, surface overburden, rock, or lean ore, that in the process of mining and beneficiation or treatment has been removed from the earth and stored on the surface. Stockpile does not include materials that are being treated in the production of metallic products and the metallic product that has been produced by that operation.

  • Coal means non-coking as well as coking coal, produced domestically and categorized into different classes, grades and sizes, as per the notification/order issued for such purpose by Government of India(GoI)/CIL/ Seller; and shall where the context so requires, include Imported Coal.
