Stock Repurchase definition

Stock Repurchase means any payment made by a Restricted Person to purchase, redeem, acquire or retire any Equity Interest in such Restricted Person or any other Restricted Person (including any option or warrant to purchase such an Equity Interest).
Stock Repurchase has the meaning set forth in Section 8.9.
Stock Repurchase means the repurchase of certain shares of the Borrower's capital stock by the Borrower as provided in the Schedule TO and pursuant to open market or privately negotiated transactions.

  • The Company shall give written notice to the Buyer of a Stock Reduction Triggering Event at least twenty (20) Business Days prior to effecting any such Non-Pro-Rata Stock Repurchase (such prior notice period, the “Pre-Redemption Period”).

More Definitions of Stock Repurchase

Stock Repurchase means the repurchase by the Borrower of its common stock from its existing shareholders for an aggregate purchase price not to exceed $1,200,000,000.
Stock Repurchase or “Stock Repurchases” shall mean, from the period of determination, all purchases, redemptions or other acquisitions by MHI of any shares of any class of capital stock of MHI.

Stock Repurchase means the common stock share repurchases pursuant to the stock repurchase authorization approved by the Board of Directors of Famous Dave’s on May 9, 2006 for a total aggregate repurchase of no more than 1,000,000 shares.
Stock Repurchase shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(b).
