  • On or after January 1, 1998, amounts credited to a Participant’s Account (except for Stock Plan Deferral subaccount) shall be credited with gains, losses, or interest based upon optional investment directions made by the Participant in accordance with notional investment deferral crediting options and procedures adopted by the Committee from time to time.

  • Compensation Deferral means the amount or amounts of the Director's Compensation deferred under the provisions of Section 3 of this Agreement.
