Stock Option Committee or "Committee" means the committee appointed by the Board as described under Section 16.
Stock Option Committee means the Compensation Committee of the Company, unless the Board strikes a separate committee, and in the absence of an empowered committee shall mean the Board.

More Definitions of Stock Option Committee
Stock Option Committee means the Stock Option Committee appointed by the Board. Prior to the appointment of such a committee, the Board shall be deemed the Stock Option Committee.
Stock Option Committee means the 2001 Employee Stock Option Plan Committee, which is a committee of the Board whose members are appointed by the Board from time to time. All of the members of the Stock Option Committee, which may not be less than two, are intended at all times to qualify as "outside directors" within the meaning of Section 162(m) of the Code, and as "Non-Employee Directors" within the meaning of Rule 16b-3; provided, however, that the failure of a member of such committee to so qualify will not be deemed to invalidate any Stock Option granted by such committee.
