Recent experience from the California Cap-and-Trade (CaT) programme provides some empirical evidence supporting that view.
The Participant's Annual Stock Option Amount shall be credited to his or her Stock Option Account no later than the close of business on the first business day after the day on which the Eligible Stock Option was exercised or otherwise disposed of.
For each Eligible Stock Option, a Participant may elect to defer, as his or her Stock Option Amount, up to 100% of the Qualifying Gain with respect to exercise of the Eligible Stock Option.
If necessary, the Committee may reduce the Annual Stock Option Amount and/or Annual Restricted Stock Amount in order to comply with this Section 3.13.
