Stock Option Amount definition

Stock Option Amount means, for any Eligible Stock Option, the amount of Qualifying Gains, calculated using the average of the reported high and low prices for the Stock as of the day of exercise (if a business day) or as of the next following business day.
Stock Option Amount means, for any Eligible Stock Option, the amount of Stock Option Gains deferred in accordance with Section 3.1(b) of this Plan, calculated using the Fair Market Value of a share of Stock on the Exercise Date.
Stock Option Amount means, for any Eligible Stock Option, the amount of Qualifying Gains deferred in accordance with Section 3.7 of this Plan, calculated using the closing price of Stock as of the end of the business day closest to the date of exercise of such Eligible Stock Option.

  • If necessary, the Committee may reduce the Annual Stock Option Amount in order to comply with this Section 3.11.

  • For each Eligible Stock Option, a Participant may elect to defer, as his or her Stock Option Amount, 100% of the Stock Option Gain with respect to exercise of the Eligible Stock Option.

  • If necessary, the Administrator may reduce the Stock Option Amount or Restricted Stock Amount in order to comply with this Section 14.6.

  • If necessary, the Administrator may reduce the Stock Option Amount or Restricted Stock Amount deferred, or the amount of any Stock or Non-Stock Dividends to be deferred under the Plan (in which case, such dividends will be distributed to the Participant on a current basis, at any time the Company pays any dividends with respect to the Stock Units to which such excess dividends relate), in order to comply with the Deferral Limit.

Related to Stock Option Amount

  • Stock Option means a contractual right granted to an Eligible Person under Section 6 hereof to purchase shares of Common Stock at such time and price, and subject to such conditions, as are set forth in the Plan and the applicable Award Agreement.

  • Company Stock Option means any option to purchase Company Common Stock granted under any Company Stock Plan.

  • Nonstatutory Stock Option means an Option not intended to qualify as an Incentive Stock Option.

  • Parent Stock Option means any option to purchase Parent Common Stock granted under any Parent Stock Plan.

  • Grant Amount or “Grant” means the total amount of financial assistance disbursed under this Agreement, which consists of the City's Amount and the Consultant’s Amount.

  • Incentive Option means an option which satisfies the requirements of Code Section 422.

  • Tax Limitation Amount means the maximum amount which may be placed as the Appraised Value on the Applicant’s Qualified Property for maintenance and operations tax assessment in each Tax Year of the Tax Limitation Period of this Agreement pursuant to Section 313.054 of the TEXAS TAX CODE.

  • Option Price means the price at which a Share may be purchased by a Participant pursuant to an Option.

  • Nonqualified Option means any Option that is not an Incentive Stock Option.

  • Stock Options means the collective reference to "Incentive Stock Options" and "Other Stock Options".

  • Incentive Stock Option means an Option intended to qualify as an incentive stock option within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code and the regulations promulgated thereunder.

  • Company Stock Options shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 3.3(a) hereof.

  • Company Stock Option Plan means each stock option plan, stock award plan, stock appreciation right plan, phantom stock plan, stock option, other equity or equity-based compensation plan, equity or other equity based award to any employee, whether payable in cash, shares or otherwise (to the extent not issued pursuant to any of the foregoing plans), or other plan or contract of any nature with any employee pursuant to which any stock, option, warrant or other right to purchase or acquire capital stock of the Company or right to payment based on the value of Company capital stock has been granted or otherwise issued.

  • Stock Option Plan means any stock option plan now or hereafter adopted by the Company or by the Corporation, including the Corporate Incentive Award Plan.

  • Initial Exercise Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.4.1.

  • Retention Amount means, in relation to any Retention Date, such sum as shall be the aggregate of:

  • Nonqualified Stock Option means an Option that is not an Incentive Stock Option.

  • Stock Option Agreement means the agreement between the Company and an Optionee that contains the terms, conditions and restrictions pertaining to the Optionee’s Option.

  • Stock Option Plans means any stock option plan now or hereafter adopted by the Partnership or the General Partner.

  • Company Stock Option Plans has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.6(c).

  • Director Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 6.

  • Option Share has the meaning ascribed to it in section "4.7" hereinbelow;

  • Fully Adjusted Regular Purchase Share Limit means, with respect to any reorganization, recapitalization, non-cash dividend, stock split or other similar transaction from and after the date of this Agreement, the Regular Purchase Share Limit (as defined in Section 2(a) hereof) in effect on the applicable date of determination, after giving effect to the full proportionate adjustment thereto made pursuant to Section 2(a) hereof for or in respect of such reorganization, recapitalization, non-cash dividend, stock split or other similar transaction.

  • Maximum Basic Grant Amount’ has the same meaning as set out in item 1 of Schedule 1 of HESA; ‘National Law’ means (a) for a state or territory other than Western Australia – the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law as set out in the Schedule to the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law Act 2009 (Qld) as it applies (with or without modification) as a law of the State or Territory; and (b) for Western Australia – the legislation enacted by the Health Regulation National Law (WA) Xxx 0000 that corresponds to the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law;

  • Aggregate Option Exercise Price means an amount equal to the aggregate dollar amount of the exercise price on all Company Options outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time.

  • Unissued Option Shares means the number of Shares, at a particular time, which have been reserved for issuance upon the exercise of an Option but which have not been issued, as adjusted from time to time in accordance with the provisions of section 5, such adjustments to be cumulative.
