Stock Award Units definition

Stock Award Units means the amount of Stock Awards elected to be deferred by an Employee as provided in Section 2.3(b)(2).

Examples of Stock Award Units in a sentence

  • The total number of Stock Award Units granted at any time may not exceed the lesser of the number of shares of Common Stock available for grant at the time of the Stock Award Unit grant or 625,000.

Related to Stock Award Units

  • Stock Units means investment units under the Deferred Delivery Plan, each of which is deemed to be equivalent to one share of Stock.
