STI Target definition

STI Target means the amount of the Employee’s annual short term incentive target bonus under the Morningstar 2012 Short-Term Incentive Compensation Plan for 2012.

  • Due to the qualified layoff, Employee will be eligible for a 2023 (pro-rated) incentive payment, based on employee's actual earnings received from January 1, 2023 through April 2, 2023 and DCP STI Target, paid at target performance.

Related to STI Target

  • KPI Target means the acceptable performance level for a KPI as set out in relation to each KPI;

  • Soft Target means a target that will suffer minimum damage and cause minimum damage to the subject vehicle in the event of a collision.

  • EBITDA Target means the Company's projected earnings before interest, taxes, one-time transition expenses, non-cash compensation expense charges, depreciation and amortization, as contained in the Company's budget for the Applicable Period and which is approved by the Board (without reference to any adjustments or revision, upwards or downwards, to such projected earnings which are subsequently approved by the Board as part of any subsequent revision to such budget), and (ii) the term "Financial Results" shall mean the Company's EBITDA calculated by reference to the Company's financial statements for the Applicable Period as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC").

  • Target means Trans-European Automated Real-time Gross Settlement Express Transfer payment system.

  • Collaboration Target means the Initial Collaboration Targets set forth on Exhibit F and any Additional Target or Substitute Target that is selected in accordance with Section 3.3 of this Agreement.
