Sterling Account definition

Sterling Account means the sterling denominated account held in the name of the Company with the Issuing Bank, sort code 60-92-42, account number 00000000, and any Associated Account denominated in Sterling.
Sterling Account means the interest bearing account denominated in Sterling in the name of the Issuer held with the Account Bank.
Sterling Account means the current or savings account operated in sterling which you must maintain with us at Your Store in order to qualify for an Account; “Tariff” means the applicable Virgin Money, International Tariff in force from time to time. Copies of the up-to-date Tariff are available in all our Stores and from your relationship manager; “Telephone/Internet Banking Service” means the service we offer customers to provide 24 hour telephone banking or, as the case may be, transactional internet banking;

  • In all cases, the fees shall be paid in free and cleared funds in Euro or Sterling Account (as required) without set-off or counterclaim, to the UK accounts set out in the invoice.

  • Notwithstanding the provisions of Clause 2.1, amounts shall only be withdrawn from the Master Issuer Sterling Account to the extent that such withdrawal does not cause the Master Issuer Sterling Account to become overdrawn.

  • In the event that any such Master Issuer Swap Collateral Account is opened with the Master Issuer Sterling Account Bank, the parties to this Agreement, not including the Master Issuer Account Banks, will enter into an agreement on substantially the same terms as this Agreement (with such amendments as shall be deemed necessary) in respect of such Master Issuer Swap Collateral Account.

  • In all cases, the fees shall be paid in free and cleared funds in Euro or Sterling Account (as required) without set-off or counterclaim, to the accounts set out in the invoice.

  • The charges shall be payable at the same rates as are generally applicable to the business customers of the Master Issuer Sterling Account Bank.

  • Billing Account is the checking account from which all Service fees will be automatically debited.
