If any of these steps have been omitted, the broker will not be paid a commission. There will be no exceptions. In event of a ground rent escrow, the title company or settlement company agrees not to charge an escrow holding fee to the seller.   • Manual Load Dump Action means an Operating Instruction, as defined by NERC, from PJM to shed firm load when the PJM Region cannot provide adequate capacity to meet the PJM Region’s load and tie schedules, or to alleviate critically overloaded transmission lines or other equipment. Manual Load Dump Warning:

  • CREFC® Interest Shortfall Reconciliation Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Interest Shortfall Reconciliation Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
